The Nurse Manager will work closely with staff, patients, physicians, and nursing leadership. The Nurse Manager will become a valued member of this prestigious Health System. They will oversee strategic planning for the Neuro Stroke program, develop policies and procedures, support staff growth and development, facilitate quality improvement initiatives, ensure evidence based care is maintained, and adhere to all state and federal regulations.
Educational requirements for this position include:
- North Carolina nursing license
- BSN, BLS and Stroke Certification
- 5 years of clinical nursing experience within an acute care hospital setting
- 2 years of nursing leadership.
