The Hospital Nurse Case Management Director is responsible for overseeing the Manager of the hospital’s Case Management department as well as numerous RN Case Managers and Social Workers. The RN Case Management Director reports directly to the CNO. Master’s degree is required as well as five years of management experience in a healthcare setting. Registered Nursing degree OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license in State of Texas AND Certification approved by National Association of Social Workers (NASW), Commission for Case Management (CCM), American Case Management Association (ACMA), or National Board for Case Management within one year of hire.
