The Nurse Director of Family Birth Center will oversee the operations of Labor & Delivery and Ante Partum Departments. The Nurse Director of Labor and Delivery Perinatal Services will plan, direct and coordinate all operational activities for areas of responsibility. The Nurse Director of Women’s and Children’s will develop policies and procedures as well as the quality improvement programs for areas of responsibility.

The Nurse Director of Maternal Child Health will develop the capital and operating budgets. The Nurse Director of Perinatal Services will ensure the departments are appropriately staffed by hiring and retaining competent staff. The Nurse Director of Perinatal Services will be responsible for development and enforcement of policies and procedures that ensure quality patient care.
