This leading hospital offers a variety of specialty services including cardiology, orthopedics, women’s services OB, surgical services OR, neurology, and emergency services ER. This organization is fully accredited by the Joint Commission and continues to be recognized by its exceptional performance in patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and strong leadership skills, as well as extensive knowledge of Surgical Services. As the Nurse Director Pediatric Surgical Services, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for the Pediatric Surgical Services program to meet the needs of our patients and achieve organizational goals. The selected candidate will oversee daily operations of the Pediatric Surgical Services program, including managing staff, monitoring patient care, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of care. The selected candidate will also colllaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide coordinated and comprehensive care to pediatric surgical patients.

The Nurse Director Pediatric Surgical Services is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and staff.

Requirements include:

• Experience working in acute care setting
• Current RN license or ability to obtain license upon hire
• Knowledge of pediatric surgical nursing standards of practice and regulatory requirements
