A leading acute care hospital based in sunny Palm Beach county is currently searching for an experienced Nurse Manager Mother Baby to join their award-winning healthcare organization.
This regional leading acute care facility is home to more than 400 inpatient beds and provides a wide variety of services including comprehensive cardiovascular care, emergency and critical care, maternity and pediatrics, perioperative services, and cancer care. This system strives to provide accessible high-quality healthcare to the surrounding areas and has recently been recognized by US News and World Report for being a high-performing center in heart failure, hip replacements, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
Reporting to the Nurse Director, the Nurse Manager Mother Baby will lead all clinical and administrative operations of the 37-bed unit. This service line is proud to successfully perform more than 3,000 deliveries per year. The Nurse Manager is responsible for the department personnel management, monitors performance and quality of care, ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies, and assists with the department fiscal budget.
Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing BSN
- Registered Nurse RN license in state of FL or ability to attain
- Progressive leadership experience in an women’s health environment
