The Nurse Manager Outpatient Surgery will join a fantastic team at an Ambulatory Surgery Center in South Florida! The healthcare system offers a wide array of outpatient and inpatient specialty services throughout South Florida. It provides comprehensive medical care in many specialties. The Ambulatory Surgery Nurse Manager will oversee the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care by their staff, ensuring the development and maintenance of clinical care standards. They will also take on the responsibility of monitoring budgeting, managing staff schedules, and implementing any new policies. The Ambulatory Surgery RN Manager will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of 4 OR suites and 1 Cath Lab and a team of approximately 30 FTEs. This position will be full time and Monday through Friday with no weekends or holidays!
