This Pediatric RN Manager will report to the Nurse Director and lead an experienced team across three busy pediatric units (inpatient peds, NICU, and PICU). This Manager will posses administrative responsibilities as they assist with department budgeting, staffing, educational needs, and ensuring highest quality of patient care delivery. This Nurse Manager Pediatrics will also be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, participating in quality and performance improvement initiatives, and ensuring all hospital, local, state, and federal rules and regulations are upheld.

Requirements include:

• Active NYS RN license
• 3 years of clinical experience in pediatrics/pediatric critical care
• 3 years of previous RN leadership experience (Supervisor, Assistant Nurse Manager, and/or Manager)
