An award-winning acute care hospital located in central Vermont is now searching for an experienced Nurse Manager Progressive Care to join their accredited healthcare team.
This state-of-the-art facility is home to over 100-beds and performs services for more than 35 medical and surgical specialties. This hospital is proud to have received over 20 National awards over the last four years alone, including been named one of America’s 100 Best Hospitals for Joint Replacement, has received a Grade “A” rating for Patient Safety from the Leapfrog Group, was named a Best Regional Hospital by U.S. News and World Report, and was named the Advisory Board’s Best Workplace of the Year.
Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the Nurse Manager Progressive Care will oversee all unit operations including personnel management, quality control, regulatory readiness, and fiscal management. The Nurse Manager will also help develop nursing staff and promote an environment of clinical excellence and quality care.
Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s level degree in Nursing BSN
- Registered Nurse RN license in the state of Vermont
- Progressive nursing leadership experience in progressive or critical care
