A leading surgical hospital located in the heart of Indiana is now seeking an experienced Nurse Manager Surgical Services to join their award winning healthcare team.
This renowned healthcare organization is known as one of the largest specialty practices in the Midwest, providing comprehensive musculoskeletal care in a professional patient-centered environment. The team combines experienced medical professionals that specialize in orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, joint replacement, spine care, hand and upper extremity surgery, foot and ankle care, and physical therapy. This organization is also ACR accredited and HFAP certified.
Reporting to the Perioperative Nurse Director, the Nurse Manager Surgical Services will oversee the clinical and administrative functions of 4 state-of-the-art operating rooms and a 15-bed inpatient unit that cares for pre-operative and post-operative patients. The Nurse Manager Surgical Services will manage department staffing, develop policies and procedures, organize daily workflow, promote regulatory guidelines, ensure clinical excellence, and have oversight of department budgets. The Nurse Manager also serves as an active member of various organization committees.
What Makes You Awesome:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing BSN from a nationally recognized program
- Registered Nurse RN license in the state of Indiana or ability to obtain
- Progressive leadership experience in surgical setting
