What are the responsibilities and job description for the OR Tech position at Clinical Management Consultants?
A 35 bed Medical facility outside of Prairie City, Oregon is looking to bring on an OR Tech to join the team. This hospital has 100 wonderful staff members including a handful of Lab Technicians alongside.
The OR Tech carries many other responsibilities in the Surgery Department including passing instruments to the Surgeon when needed during a procedure, providing solutions and medications, passing along tissue samples, and much more. Hands on experience working side by side with a highly trained surgeon within an acute care facility is extremely important as you will be handling important aspects of each and every surgical procedure including taking place of circulator when they are not present. In this case, the Surgical Technologist will transport patients to the OR and help position patient on the operating table to prepare for surgery.
This hospital is located outside of beautiful Prairie City, Oregon. Although it is a smaller town, it does not take away from its stunning views, and friendly neighborhood atmosphere.
