An acute care hospital based in central Connecticut is now searching for an experienced Patient Access Finance Manager to join their award-winning healthcare organization.

This leading community-based hospital is home to 150 licensed beds and provides a wide variety of inpatient, outpatient, and tertiary care services. For more than a century, this healthcare organization has committed to providing high quality patient care which has earned them national recognition in a number of ways.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the Patient Access Finance Manager will lead and oversee all aspects of the hospital finance, accounting, insurance, budget, auditing, payroll, benefits, and claims processing operations. The Patient Access Finance Manager will also lead a team of Financial Analysts and will help lead and grow a professional team.

Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
  • Master's degree and CPA highly preferred
  • 3-5 years of progressive healthcare Finance experience
