An exciting healthcare finance leadership role is immediately available in the beautiful desert of Southern Arizona! Come and join this outstanding hospital leadership team in the role of Patient Financial Services Director.
Reporting directly to the Hospital Chief Financial Officer CFO, the Patient Financial Services Director will become responsible for oversight of the hospital network’s financial services to include PFS Patient Financial Services, AFS Admitting Financial Services, and HIM Health Information Management. The Revenue Cycle HIM Director will plan, organize, and direct organization-wide objectives and functions of financial services, while adhering to HIPAA Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and CMS Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services regulatory guidelines. This role will become an integral part of bringing cohesiveness to all healthcare finance departments within the organization.
This role is full-time on-site at the hospital in Southern Arizona. Requirements for this role include a Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of progressive experience in a patient financial services-facing role. Prior leadership experience is required.
