This Community Medical Center is known for providing passionate and amazing care. With 25 beds, this hospital continues to expand it’s capabilities to provide the best care around. The Quality Director will be consistently impressed with all that this Medical Center has to offer.
Reporting to the Vice President of Quality, the Quality Director will help to strengthen quality, risk, and performance improvements throughout the facility. This Director will work closely with amazing multidisciplinary leaders, including nursing directors and medical professionals. Working below the Quality Director is a Quality Manager and multiple Quality Analysts.
The Quality Director spearheads initiatives to enhance JCAHO protocols. This person will oversee a team of skilled individuals who are responsible for the satisfaction of patients and teh reputation of the facility. Besides overseeing the education and training of the staff, the Director will also track the financial performance of the department.
Nevada is home to many types of people and many snowbirds who want to enjoy the warmth. There are ample outdoor activities, like visiting National Parks or hiking trails.
