In this challenging and fast paced role, the Remote Healthcare Management Recruiter will direct recruiting strategies, develop marketing materials, lead interviews with Healthcare professionals and interact with Hospital clients in multiple states. The Remote Healthcare Management Recruiter will specialize in filling employment needs in Nursing Leadership, Advanced Practice Nursing, and specialized nursing roles throughout the East Coast and nationwide.  In this full cycle recruiting role, the Remote Healthcare Management Recruiter will have the opportunity to participate in many aspects of the job.  This includes new business development, management of existing accounts, marketing & advertising, recruiting, candidate development and hands-on client consulting.

Compensation is well structured and allows top performers the chance to realize their income dreams. The Remote Healthcare Management Recruiter will earn a Base Salary, Uncapped Commissions, Annual Bonus Levels and full Healthcare Insurance. 

The Remote Healthcare Management Recruiter should have a professional home office environment with the ability to work on a remote basis long term. Employees will be working remotely.
