A short-term acute care hospital in the vibrant Seattle-Tacoma area is now hiring for a Respiratory Therapy Manager to join their Respiratory Therapy leadership team.
This 400 bed, non-profit health system operates numerous ambulatory clinics throughout the county. Reporting to the Respiratory Therapy Director, the Respiratory Therapy Manager will be supported by an RRT Supervisor and oversee a dedicated team of Registered Respiratory Therapists. The Respiratory Therapy Manager will work closely with other clinical managers, including the Nurse Manager of Critical Care.
The Respiratory Therapy Manager will provide collaborative leadership for the process of planning, directing, integrating and coordinating activities to achieve departmental objectives and maintain high quality services. The Respiratory Therapy Manager will be responsible for personnel management, budget planning and monitoring, scheduling, systems improvement, compliance with regulatory requirements and strategic planning.
