The Critical Care Nursing Manager will join a medical center that offers a Robotic Surgical Department as well as specialized cardiac and neuro care units. 

The RN Critical Care Nursing Manager will report up to the Director of Critical Care, and work closely with other Nursing Managers in the hospital. The Nursing Manager will be assisted on a daily basis by ICU Critical Care Supervisors and CCRN Charge Nurses. 

With roughly 50 FTES, this Critical Care Department treats a myriad of patient conditions in a very busy environment. With a capacity of 80 beds, the RN Critical Care Manager leads a group of skilled nursing and ancillary staff. To ensure adequate care and adherence to policies, the Critical Care Nursing Manager will work side-by-side with competent CCU Medical Providers.

The Nursing Manager of the Critical Care Department will be in charge of overseeing the Intensive Care Unit through administrative and clinical responsibilities. This Manager will ensure extraordinary patient care through adequate staffing and skills training for the employees. A crucial part of this position is spearheading initiatives to improve quality, while budgeting and allocating resources appropriately throughout the Critical Care Unit.
