RN Director, Surgical Services

We are seeking an OR Surgical Services RN Director to join a dynamic team at a community hospital in the heart of the Florida panhandle.

This 150 bed facility is growing to expand services to meet the needs of its diverse community. The OR Surgical Services RN Director will oversee the main OR, ambulatory surgery center (ASC), pre-op, PACU, pre-admission testing (PAT), and sterile processing department (SPD). This leader will be responsible for all aspects of the surgical department, including strategic planning, development, and implementation of surgical programs and services while ensuring optimal patient care and operational efficiency for the hospital's 7 ORs. The facility also offers a robotic surgery program revolutionizing precision patient care in the operating room. This nurse leader will work collaboratively with hospital administration, physicians, and other department leaders to achieve unit goals and enhance patient outcomes. The OR Surgical Services RN Director will be supported by a team of nurses, technicians, and support staff.
