The Intensive Care Unit RN Manager will be based at this 350 bed hospital that is Joint Commission-accredited and known for providing distinguished care in many specialty areas, such as Cardiac, Oncology, and Rehabilitation. Reporting to the Director of Critical Care Services, the RN Manager of ICU will have clinical and administrative oversight of this active unit. In this comprehensive role, the Intensive Care Unit RN Manager is responsible for Budgetary Oversight, staffing coordination, ensuring Regulatory Compliance, and leading Process Improvement efforts. The RN Manager of ICU will manage a dedicated team of Nurse Supervisors, Registered Nurses, and other support staff. The ideal candidate has progressive leadership experience in Critical Care.
