The Nurse Manager will work closely with staff, patients, physicians, and nursing leadership. The Nurse Manager will become a valued member of this prestigious Health System. They will oversee operations, budget, strategic planning, develop policies and procedures, support staff growth and development, facilitate quality improvement initiatives, ensure evidence based care is maintained, and adhere to all state and federal regulations.
Educational requirements for this position include:
- MD state nursing license
- BSN and BLS
- 2 years of clinical nursing experience within an acute care hospital setting, neurology experience preferred
- 2 years of nursing leadership.
