The Emergency RN Supervisor will be directly reporting to the RN Manager of Emergency Services and will be working with a team of well tenured Registered Nurses. The Emergency RN Supervisor will also have the opportunity to work with Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Educators, Admission Nurses and Paramedics.
The Emergency RN Supervisor will be part of a family oriented department that has over 10,000 visits a year and is outfitted with the latest technology, providing a full continuum of care. The unit is newly renovated providing a supportive environment for the patients and their families.
The Emergency RN Supervisor will organize, plan and manage personnel and resources in order to provide high quality care. The Emergency RN Supervisor will utilize excellent communication skills and will communicate effectively and efficiently with physicians, nurses and staff. The RN Nurse Supervisor Emergency Services will demonstrate an advanced level of clinical skills and ability to mentor others and participate in developing other staff and will act as a leader with the assigned department.
