The RN Supervisor Med Surg/Bariatric will serve as an integral part of the leadership team for this Med Surg/Bariatric Unit. They will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care and education to the patients as well as leadership to the nursing staff. In collaboration with the Nurse Manager and Director, the RN Supervisor Med Surg/Bariatric will implement budgets, policies and strive to achieve safe patient care.
The Nurse Supervisor Med Surg/Bariatric will ideally hold their Bachelor’s Degree and have previous experience in Post Bariatric surgical care. Having a CMSRN certification is a huge bonus!
