This 200 bed, nonprofit hospital offers comprehensive acute care services and sees on average 25,000 Emergency Room visits annually. The RN Manager of Operating Room will benefit from ample professional growth potential.
This active Perioperative service line has 4 ORs and a dedicated team of 12 staff. This department features state-of-the-art technologies and performs Vascular, Orthopedic, Podiatry, Ophthalmology, and General Surgery cases.
Reporting to the Nurse Director of Surgical Services, the Surgical Services Nurse Manager will manage a dedicated team of Nurse Supervisors, Registered Nurses, Surgical Technicians, and other support staff. The RN Manager of Operating Room will lead budgetary needs, hiring and firing of staff, Regulatory Compliance, and implementing Quality Improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong OR clinical skills and leadership experience.
