Reporting to the RN Director of Perioperative Services, the Nurse Manager will oversee Customer Service Associates and Surgical Assistants. They leads both clinically and administratively in a designated patient care area. This entails round-the-clock responsibility for its management and future planning, including nursing process implementation, staff development, patient care quality improvement, and cost control. They offer leadership, motivation, and clinical guidance to ensure excellent patient care within a specific nursing unit.
