Supported by an experienced Perioperative team, the RN Surgery Manager will have the support to exceed the goals of the department and keep the operating room functioning on all cylinders. The RN Surgery Manager will report to the Chief Nursing Officer to keep them informed, and will collaborate with them on unit initiatives.

As the Nurse Surgical Services Manager, you will be accountable for overseeing clinical and administrative operations, ensuring that your staff and department are operating efficiently, and making sure that each patient is treated with the highest level of care possible. The Nurse Surgical Services Manager will be an experienced nurse with prior surgical service experience. Circulating experience is required for this position.
