We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Provider Relations/Operations Manager for our independent physician association (IPA). The primary goal of this role is to increase membership and strengthen relationships with local physicians. This is a full-time position with an incentive-based compensation structure that rewards success in achieving membership growth targets.
Responsibilities:
Increase membership focused on Primary Care Providers
Build Specialty network once the PCP network has been established.
Maintain current membership and ensure any pain points that providers are having are addressed.
Develop processes for invoicing membership.
Responsible for membership dues collections.
Secure all on-boarding documents for members that join the IPA
Secure all items necessary for credentialing and load them into the system.
Ensure all current documents for membership are up to date and accurate.
Ensure that the membership directory is updated.
Communicate to the membership about current services and plans that are available.
Develop relationships with the Office Managers; communicate frequently with them.
Replenish brochures and educational material within the member offices.
Receive and respond to all membership calls, concerns and have action plans to address.
Field any concerns from the members as it relates to the plan and address accordingly.
Coordinate group meetings with membership as indicated by executive leadership.
Source venues for membership meetings and coordinate event set-up and all communication tied to all events.
Identify areas of concern that the members have and determine what support can be provided.
Understand the market and the potential threats that impact independent physicians.
Maintain strong relationships with local physicians, understanding their needs and addressing any concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
Work independently, taking ownership of projects and driving them to successful completion.
Required to represent the IPA in a professional manner at all times.
Collaboration with executive leadership to develop new programs and enhance processes to ensure membership is supported.
Other projects as defined by executive leadership.
Requirements:
Proven experience in growing a network with physicians.
Solid understanding of Independent Physicians and what barriers they face and solutions provided to support them.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets or increasing membership in a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with physicians and other stakeholders.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, taking initiative to identify and pursue opportunities for growth.
Proficient in using various marketing tools and platforms, including social media and email marketing software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Professional demeanor, with the ability to represent the organization in a positive and professional manner.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
