Department Opening: IT

Position: Network Cloud Engineer - Mid Level.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm.

Pay: Competitive pay based on experience.

Location: 416 Mary Lindsay Polk Drive, Franklin, TN 37067.

General responsibilities of the Network Cloud Engineer include design, solution, deploy, migrate, manage, and change infrastructure services, and End User Services across all related technologies; including but not limited to servers, storage, mainframe, networks, VPN, DNS, datacenter technologies.

The Network Cloud Engineer - Mid Level position reports directly to the Vice President of IT.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prefer 2 years in a similar role and 5 years of relevant work experience in the industry.
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
• Relevant certifications, such as Cisco CCNP is strongly preferred.
• Proficiencies in problem-solving in large and complex network environments.
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.
• Other certifications such as Azure cloud certifications are a big plus.
• Occasional on-site responsibilities at our other locations are required.
  
  

Essential Job Functions

Networking

• Understand IPS/IDS concepts and creation of policies within a FortiGate system and capable of reviewing alerts found in FortiAnalyzer.
• Understanding of Azure networking concepts such as vNets, Private Endpoints, Network Security Groups, and Routing Tables.
• Experience using Meraki switches with Layer 3 ACLs and DHCP configuration.
• Experience using Site-to-Site VPN IPSec tunnels using FortiGate firewalls.
• Experience working with network printers and deployment software such as Papercut or Printer logic.
  
  

Office 365

• Understanding of provisioning of Users, Teams channels, licensing, and Shared mailboxes access controls.
• Manages Intune policies for Entra ID joined computers and updates as required for system configuration baselines.
• Experience running eDiscovery for email reviews as required by management.
  
  

Azure

• Prior use or understanding of Log Analytics within Microsoft Azure for log review and alerts.
  
  

Base Understanding Of PaaS Solutions Such As

• Logic Apps.
• Web Apps.
• Azure SQL Instances.
• App Gateway Web Access Firewalls.
  
  

Operating Systems

• Understanding and ability to troubleshoot thermal printers for labeling systems connected through USB, serial, and IP.
  
  

Knowledge of Windows Server 2019 and 2022 Data Center, along with common server roles such as:

• Windows Active Directory Domain Services.
• Windows AD Sync (Entra ID Sync).
• Microsoft SQL Server 2017 .
• Remote Desktop Web and Remote App Services.
