Executive Director (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to oversee the management and operations of an Addiction Treatment facility located in Schenectady County. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, managing budgets, and developing programs to support individuals suffering from drug and alcohol addiction.

Job Duties:

• Manage all administrative functions of the organization
• Supervise and support staff in delivering high-quality services
• Oversee the process of interviewing, hiring, and training employees; assigning work; and performance evaluations
• Responsible for the financial operations including the annual budget and monitoring of actual expenditures
• Negotiate and sign contracts for the purchase of services to develop as broad a referral and funding base as possible
• Develop all policies and procedures used in the facility to provide the highest level of patient care
• Responsible for maintaining current licensure, accreditation, and certification for the facility
• Establish and maintain relationships with the surrounding community, social service providers, and human service agencies

Qualifications:

• NYS LCSW, LMSW, LMHC
• 4 year/Bachelor’s Degree
• Post Graduate Degree preferred
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of leadership/administrative experience
• Experience with Budgeting, Auditing and OASIS
• Experience in the accreditation and licensure process required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
