We are currently seeking a Quantitative Analysis and Planning Manager to join our Revenue Operations department in Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto. This role is also available to remote candidates across the USA and Canada, excluding Quebec.
Reporting to the Director, Strategy & Analytics and partnering closely with Finance and GTM teams, in this role you will have the opportunity to have a direct impact on Clio’s GTM strategy. This is accomplished by helping your partners be successful and achieve revenue goals that are grounded in reality derived from business process modelling, planning and analysis.
What your team does:
Revenue Operations drives growth by supporting our revenue-generating and revenue-retaining teams. We are working closely with Sales, Marketing, Channel, Customer Enablement and Customer Support to provide insights and recommendations, improve efficiency of the GTM motions, and enable GTM teams to be innovative and self-sufficient.
What You’ll Work On:
- Own the design, support, and continued development of critical annual planning processes, quantitative modelling, quota setting, risk analysis, headcount planning and business forecasting.
- With quantitative analysis, lead and execute yearly/quarterly/monthly planning, including but not limited to headcount capacity models that provide leadership with necessary insights on how to best scale Clio.
- Forecast long-term pipeline generation, analyze sales efficiency, sales capacity, and ACV to model future revenue and business growth.
- Own all quota policies or processes related to annual GTM planning, and develop documentation required for carrying out the annual planning process each year.
- Manage headcount budget for all GTM teams and provide regular reports and analyses on how to best optimize the budget / provide early warning signs and proactive recommendations on how to resolve budget deviances.
- Drive global sales and customer success compensation design that drives the strategic vision of Clio.
- Lead ongoing analysis of business performance to support daily operations and quarterly QBRs/board meetings.
- Deliver insights and analytics around the efficiency of our compensation plans and all related KPIs and benchmarks such as attainment reporting.
What You May Have:
- 2 years experience in building complex capacity models, forecast models, and process simulations that account for uncertainty and the changing dynamics of business environments.
- Expert in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of at least one of the following: MATLAB, Python, VBA, any other programming languages or statistical software.
- Prior experience of Salesforce (user experience, running reports, knowledge of basic objects in SFDC).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information at the highest level.
- Ability to influence the executive audience and gain alignment across the leadership team.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Financial Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, or in other STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) disciplines.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience in developing sales productivity models and planning at a SaaS company.
