Closeline Settlements is a real estate title insurance and escrow provider with its headquarters in Rockville, Maryland. We are the largest in the DC Area! Be part of a winning team! Our company is focused on being a technological leader in the industry. We are looking to fill a position in our Funding Department.

As a member of our funding department, you will work with other knowledgeable individuals who are responsible for properly balancing and disbursing real estate closings. We use proprietary software that allows you to interact with our onsite and branch personnel to safely and correctly do your job. Accuracy, friendly attitude, and a high level of organization are all required!

Our preferred list of skills include:

  • Title company industry knowledge or experience is a requirement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • Prior experience in payable/receivable or similar field is a plus.
  • Banking or previous processing experience is a plus!
