What You’ll Do
The Senior Software Engineer is a role with enormous growth potential. Initially you will be updating and creating secure cloud-based solutions using NodeJS or C# utilizing a number of AWS products (Lambdas, DynamoDB, etc), deploying them using infrastructure as code (Cloudformation) and CodePipeline. You’ll also enhance CloseSimple products by integrating them with established real estate industry systems as well as best of breed 3rd party services (Microsoft Graph, SendGrid, etc). The right person will have room to grow into a Principal Engineer or Architect.

What Sets You Apart
- A sense of humor - please have one as your future teammates certainly do!
- Proven experience building secure RESTful APIs or cloud-based solutions in NodeJS, C#, or equivalent language.
- Proven experience building automated unit and integration tests.
- Proven experience building Single Page Applications using React or similar frameworks using TypeScript.
- Proven experience working with AWS, Azure and/or Google services. AWS preferred.
- Proven experience with continuous integration/deployment. CodePipeline preferred.
- History of working collaboratively with the product owner, head of engineering and development team to create solutions in an Agile environment.
- Able to work efficiently and independently (no micromanagement here!!)
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
- Located in the Twin Cities area is strongly preferred.
- Bonus if you like doing puzzles.
