We are searching for a full-time Door and Drawer Manufacturing Team Lead to assist in the production and assembly of our custom designed Doors and Drawers. You will partner with the Manufacturing Manager to increase production output by leading a team of Machine Operators and Assemblers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Monitor daily production of Doors and Drawers to ensure adherence to quality standards, while achieving output goals
- Training and on-going development of a team of Machine Operators
- Responsible for managing performance of team
- Accurately communicate status of daily production to Manufacturing Manager
- Perform preventative maintenance – Remove and reinstall guards, fill oilers, and clean, lubricate, and inspect machinery
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- High School Diploma required; Some College preferred
- Prior Experience as Manufacturing Team lead required
- Woodworking experience is preferred
- Intermediate Mechanical Aptitude Skills with experience using electrical schematics, pneumatic applications and mechanical configurations
- Intermediate Computer Skills with proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
