Job Summary:
ClosetPlace has been designing and installing custom closets and cabinets in New Hampshire since for 20 years. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Design/Administrative Assistant to assist and support our design/sales process. The ideal candidate will have strong computer literacy skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all phases of the design /sales process from client intake to final billing
  • Client intake either by phone or in response to email inquiries.
  • Learn our design software system
  • Maintain and update computerized databases and filing systems
  • Ordering and documentation for job

Requirements:

  • Good computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Written and verbal communication skills

This is a full-time position with flexible hours. Some customer service experience would be helpful, but we will train a motivated applicant in all phases of our system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 38 per week
