Job Summary:
Closets by Design - Utah is looking for a motivated and self-driven Designer / Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The position is a remote-based and a In-Home Sales position. We are looking for an independent professional with excellent communication skills, a passion for design, and experience in sales.
Compensation & Benefits:
The Designer/Sales Representative role is a Full Time, remote based, commission only position with preset appointments (no cold calling) and we're looking for someone who wants to self-direct their own income. The position offers great flexibility. The potential annual salary for this position is between $50,000 and $150,000. Other benefits include pre-sent appointments, best in class Sales Training, incentives, bonuses, and discounts on our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver sales presentations that outline our mission, services, and products
- Build customer relationships and understand customer needs to customize the company offerings
- Collaborate with the Sales Management Team to improve sales skills
- Create and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Provide accurate information and answer questions posed by customers
- Propose and execute plans for expanding our customer base
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a design and/or sales role
- Ability to talk about money and budgets with customers
- Willingness to ask clients for their business
- Great communication skills and a strong knowledge of the local market
- Eager to receive training and embody and become a Sales Professional with our training
- Aptitude for customer service and an ability to build relationships
- Ability to work independently and professionally
