Job Posting for Administrative Assistant at Closets by Design

Closets by Design, an industry leading designer, manufacturer, and installer of home improvement products such as closets, offices, garage systems, and other organizational systems for the home. We currently have an immediate opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to work with our very busy team.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering phones, managing mail and email, and greeting incoming visitors
  • Lead flow management within our CRM database
  • Updating internal database management system with Do Not Contact lists (email, phone, mail)
  • Monthly communications to franchise owners for advertising order status
  • Approving and processing advertising invoices for payment
  • Requesting ad copy updates from graphics department and proof-reading ads
  • Set up of new franchise location information in our internal system
  • Updating information and content on our Intranet and Website
  • Creating and processing sales/marketing materials for shipping such as printing price books and creating mailing labels
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Preparing materials as needed for new franchise trainings
  • Assisting Managers as needed with projects and reports
  • Other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1 year administrative experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs; must be efficient with Excel
  • Excellent verbal & writing communication skills
  • Self-starter with high level of attention to detail
  • Able to multi-task and keep track of project deadlines
