- Account Administrator
- Print all new client contracts from paperwork email
- Separate/organize contract of customer
- Create customer folders
- Organize customer folders
- Run deposits
- Scan customer folders
- Post payments
- Updated installation calendar
- Assist front desk with incoming calls
- Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
- Manage emails, letters, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
- Update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data
- Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
- Supports company operations by maintaining office systems
- undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
- Interfacing with incoming client requests
General office duties and working knowledge of computers
Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic
Reliable, punctual with good work ethic
Strong verbal and written communication skills
