The Project Consultant will be responsible for providing guidance and support to the Medicaid Transformation Project. This role involves working closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of project initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project consulting, healthcare IT, and Medicaid programs.

Mandatory Skills/ Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in project consulting, project management, or a related role, with a focus on healthcare IT and Medicaid programs.
- Familiarity with Medicaid regulations, policies, and operational processes.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Certification in project management.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS).

Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
