Cloud Construction is seeking an Estimator - Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years commercial construction experience. This position is responsible for managing a project from bidding phase through substantial completion.
Responsibilities
- Will oversee the entire bidding process
- Write subcontracts and purchase orders
- Oversee daily project progress with Superintendents
- Manage subcontractors’ submittals
- Negotiate and prepare change orders
- Review monthly pay applications
- Manage project warranty
- Must work closely with owner and architect
- Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors
Qualifications
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Project Management software (Procore), and MS Project
- Minimum of 5 years work experience with a General Contractor
- General understanding of all construction trades
- Project estimating skills
- General knowledge of construction principles and practices required
