Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design: Develop comprehensive Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and design solutions based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.

Integration Expertise: Design and implement seamless integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other enterprise systems, such as CRM platforms, data warehouses, and third-party applications.

Marketing Automation: Lead the configuration and customization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver effective marketing automation campaigns, personalized customer journeys, and targeted communications.

Data Management: Oversee data architecture and management within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with the overall technical architecture.

Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and other teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Best Practices: Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Implement best practices in solution design, development, and optimization.

Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and release notes.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture are highly desirable.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect, with a proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing marketing automation solutions.

Technical Skills:

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and other modules.

Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and other scripting languages.

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services integration.

Strong understanding of data modeling, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
