Job Title: Azure Sales Specialist
Location: National Harbor, MD
Type: Full Time (Hybrid)
Compensation: $75,000 to $115,000 DOE, Annually Commission Bonuses
Cloudforce is seeking a motivated, results-driven, and customer service-oriented Azure Sales Specialist, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate would have a background working hands-on in the cloud computing space, a depth of knowledge in Microsoft cloud services, or experience working directly with Microsoft.
Responsibilities:
- Sales targets and reporting - achieving and exceeding sales targets set by the AVP of Growth and providing regular sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategies for growth
- Client relationship building – developing and maintaining long-lasting client relationships, soliciting feedback, addressing concerns, and overall making sure that our clients are happy and satisfied with our services
- Opportunity discovery – generating leads for opportunities with new as well as current clients through various channels, such as partnerships, networking events, meetings with clients and internal stakeholders, and online research
- Market research and technical expertise – developing knowledge in what we do, staying up-to-date with Microsoft offerings and industry trends, scoping out the competitive landscape, and researching current and potential clients and partnerships
- Partner engagement and relationship building – cultivating and managing relationships with existing partners, ensuring they are well-informed and motivated about Azure’s offerings, and working with existing partners on joint sales and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives
- CRM pipeline management – maintaining a well-organized sales pipeline, reporting on the statuses of opportunities, managing our current CRM tool, and ensuring that we’re using the best CRM tools for our business needs
- Proposal support – preparing PowerPoints and diagrams for proposals, and coordinating with pre-sales engineers
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the cloud computing industry
- Experience with CRM software, HubSpot CRM preferable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Very comfortable with building and presenting PowerPoint presentations
- Customer-centric mindset, with a passion for building and maintaining relationships
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience working with Microsoft or in an MSP / SI sales role strongly preferred
- Experience as an Infrastructure Engineer or Solution Architect
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification
