Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end identity and access management solutions based on the ForgeRock Identity Platform.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to gather requirements and define IAM strategies that meet business needs and security standards.
Proven experience as an IAM architect with a focus on ForgeRock technologies.
In-depth understanding of identity and access management concepts, principles, and industry best practices.
Strong experience with ForgeRock Identity Platform components, including Identity Gateway, Identity Management, and Access Management.
Proficiency in designing and implementing authentication and authorization solutions using OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP, and other protocols.
Develop detailed technical architectures and solution designs that encompass user provisioning, authentication, authorization, single sign-on (SSO), and other IAM components.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the implementation process, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and best practices.
Customize and configure ForgeRock components to address specific business requirements and integration needs.
Design and implement identity federation and integration with third-party applications, directories, and systems.
Lead discussions on IAM architecture, design decisions, and trade-offs with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Conduct assessments of existing IAM environments and provide recommendations for improvements, enhancements, or migration strategies.
Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure that IAM solutions meet regulatory and security standards.
Knowledge of security standards, compliance regulations, and best practices in identity and access management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to identity and access management and provide insights for continuous improvement.
