QA Engineer with SAP EMS and Q2C Expertise

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP EMS Specialist with expertise in Selenium and a strong understanding of the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing SAP Enterprise Management Systems (EMS), developing automated testing scripts using Selenium, and possessing a deep knowledge of the Q2C cycle to ensure efficient and accurate processing within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP EMS Management:

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SAP EMS modules.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements within the SAP EMS framework.
Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation of SAP EMS.
Automated Testing with Selenium:

Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium to ensure the reliability and functionality of SAP EMS.
Identify and document defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
Integrate Selenium testing with CI/CD pipelines to streamline the testing process.
Q2C Process Expertise:

Analyze and optimize the Quote-to-Cash process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Provide guidance on best practices for managing sales orders, invoicing, and revenue recognition within SAP EMS.
Collaborate with finance and sales teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of Q2C activities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience with SAP EMS, including system configuration and troubleshooting.
Strong proficiency in Selenium for test automation, with hands-on experience in script development and execution.
In-depth knowledge of the Quote-to-Cash process, including sales order management, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with stakeholders.
Experience with integration tools and methodologies is a plus.
Preferred Skills:

SAP certification in relevant EMS modules.
Experience with other test automation tools and frameworks.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
