Roles & Responsibilities
Upgrades as and when new upgrades are available
User and access provisioning
Troubleshooting and issue resolution to end users
Server Performance monitoring
Scripts executed during business hours for lower environments and stage
Urgent and Emergent changes NOT done on Tues/Thursday are executed by the DBA on call
SSRS access requests
Deployment of SSIS packages (lower environments as well a prod for change nights)
Azure access issues resolution, managing identities creation for ADF, service account creations
Troubleshoot HRP latency across all environments
Troubleshoot replication issue, setup new replication
Address informational requests for server info, DB info, tables etc.
SQL Currency project Validate connections usage and take DBs offline
Adhoc Trace requests
Troubleshoot Symmetrics and other reporting issues, Query, Performance Running
Inactivate Temp members for Vital Disabling user account for specific team which has high turnaround
