9-12 Years of Experience in Production Support
Experience in handling 24*7 teams of size 7-15
Working knowledge of Java basics/foundation
Good communication skills
Ready to work in 24*7 rotational shifts
Ready to work from ODC
Ready to upskill on technologies
Shift 1: 6:30AM-3:30PM
Shift2: 2PM-11PM
Shift3: 10PM-7AM
Technical Skills :
Experience in Supporting Large Scale Distributed Systems
Strong understanding of Incident, Release, Change and Problem Management
Experience in Web Application Monitoring and strong knowledge of SLIs & SLOs
Experience in handling Production application Failures and driving Techlines
Linux/Unix Administration
Expertise in writing Splunk Query and analyzing the Results.
Experience in handling Production Deployments using CICD pipelines
Shell/Powershell/Python Scripting
Experience in debugging the code
Exposure to Cloud Technologies
Experience in configuring APM Tools
Exposure to SRE
Experience in driving Service Improvements
Understanding of network and application load balancing concepts
Experience in debugging the code
Behavioral Skills :
Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
