IT Specialist (AWS, Azure, and Microsoft 365)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Specialist to manage our company's IT infrastructure with a focus on AWS, Azure, and Microsoft 365 services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, network administration, and Microsoft technologies. This role will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our cloud-based systems, ensuring their security, reliability, and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain our company's AWS and Azure cloud environments, including infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and optimization.
  
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams, ensuring their proper configuration and functionality.
  
• Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, security, and availability, implementing best practices and security measures to protect against cyber threats.
  
• Provide technical support to employees regarding cloud-based services, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify IT needs and develop solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation of cloud configurations, procedures, and policies.
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in cloud technology, recommending upgrades and enhancements as needed.
  
• Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects related to cloud migration, integration, and optimization.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, network administration, and cloud computing.
  
• Strong expertise in AWS and Azure cloud platforms, including hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as AWS CloudFormation and Azure Resource Manager.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
  
• Solid understanding of network infrastructure, protocols, and security principles.
  
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator) are a plus.
