Job Description
The Customer Service Representative is our first impression to our customers. They need to be able to listen, document, and explain our way of business to customers who are reaching out. The role will be interacting with the customer through phone, messaging, e-mail, and at times print mail. This position is onsite where you will have regular interaction with your co-workers and manager.
Job Duties:
- Interact with callers that are in need to get them the 5-Star experience they deserve.
- Be prepared to answer and book incoming calls or messages.
- Be professional and establish a good rapport with the customer.
- Maintain customer database with accurate information.
- Perform outbound calling to book service appointments.
Desired Skills and Experience
- A proven track record in customer service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Servman or other scheduling software is a plus.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

- Ability to communicate effectively via the phone and through messaging platforms.
