CIP Operator
Clover Farms Dairy has been in business for over 80 years bringing fresh pasteurized milk from Pennsylvania dairy farms to our local community! We are looking for a motivated CIP operator to serve our production team in the manufacturing plant. The CIP operator is responsible for executing processes and procedures used to maintain the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the plant.
Responsibilities
- Develop working knowledge of CIP (clean in place) Operator position. Must learn both raw and pasteurized CIP processes and hookups.
- Maintain compliance with HACCP Plan and all the associated programs and paperwork.
- Participate in the in-house Environmental Pathogen program and the ATP verification programs.
- Conduct Sanitary Inspections.
- Conduct sampling and testing for Allergen Program.
- Work in conjunction with the QA/QC lab and Plant Chemist to trouble-shoot bacteria related issues throughout the plant.
- Develop working knowledge of in-plant computer controls. Must be able to access and comprehend CIP programs and Data Retrieval information.
- Develop working knowledge of silo and tanker CIP.
- All associates in their related tasks are responsible for maintaining the commitment to Food Safety and Food Quality.

Qualifications
- Must be able to lift >50 lbs as required by the position.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods of time including: standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling and twisting over surfaces
- Ability to climb and/or work at heights while utilizing stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platforms.
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively in groups.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
