We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate leader with strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate and oversee patient care plans, ensuring they are implemented effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitor patient progress and assess the quality of care being provided.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols.
  • Manage and maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Handle any issues or concerns that arise during shifts, including patient complaints or emergencies.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and continuing education opportunities.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment for staff and patients.
  • Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating nursing staff.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $53.00 - $58.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • RN Supervisor: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

  • BLS Certification (Required)
  • RN License (Required)

Ability to Commute:

  • Saint Johnsbury, VT 05819 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Saint Johnsbury, VT 05819: Relocate before starting work (Required)
