What you'll be doing:
Responsibilities:
- Fill the roles of Car Wash Attendant and Sales Associate at new location openings
- Assist management with training and developing new staff members at new locations
- Interact, communicate with, and provide a friendly and positive experience for our customers
- Ensure a safe working environment for customers and fellow employees
- Maintain a positive image of Club Car Wash for new staff members and customers
- Communicate with managers and your supervisor about new employee progress during the training process
- Must be able to travel on short notice based around new location opening schedule
- Must have a positive attitude
- Must have a coaching and training mindset
- Experience with training people to meet the expectations of their job functions
- Technical and intellectual task-based focus with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Experience in an expanding culture - comfortable with ambiguity and non-stop problem solving, building, and action
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Readiness to step in and get the job done when needed
- Problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment
- Self-starter who can manage training needs of new staff members
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent pay starting at $22 per hour plus overtime
- Milage for your travel is covered at $0.56 per mile
- $25 per day per diem while on location
- Company covered lodging costs while traveling
