JOB SUMMARY: Club Champion is looking to hire PURE Machine Operators for our Tempe, AZ location. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating the alignment system to analyze the structure of the golf club shafts. They will verify the components of the order that are necessary to build and will assist the build shop and operations where needed. This position will report to the Director of Operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Operating golf shaft alignment system to analyze structure of golf club shaft
- Verifying all components of order necessary to build
- Assisting in the build shop and operations department as necessary
- Maintaining a clean, safe work area
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 1 year assembly, warehouse, or retail/service industry experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to details and high degree of accuracy
- Ability to multi-task while thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, flexible, and willing to work OT during the week and occasional Saturdays
