Grand-Opening Studio General Manager
Club Pilates is seeking a Studio Manager to Grand Open our Brand-New location in Lakewood. We are seeking a motivated results driven individual to spearhead the pre-sale process, take initiative to drive studio performance and build our member base from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to build studio success from the ground up.
- Demonstrate the ability to hire, lead, motivate and manage a team to hit operational and financial objectives.
- Drive Financial Results by leading Pre-Sale Membership sales to hit monthly targets.
- Illustrate the ability to make optimal decisions and take decisive action on a daily basis and under pressure.
- Results-driven GM with a focus on problem-solving, driving innovation, and achieving measurable outcomes for organizational success.
- Schedule and participate in networking/community events and Onsite events to drive Pre-Sale Membership sales and gain new leads.
- Proficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
- Hire and Review instructor performance.
- Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
- Collect out-standing dues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the club.
- Create, communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees as needed.
- Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible.
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
- Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- 2 years sales required, preferably in Fitness Industry
- Previous management experience required
- Previous Pre-Sale or Startup experience required.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with Regional Manager
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.
- Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement.
- An affinity and passion for fitness.
- Solid writing and grammar skills.
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- This position offers a very competitive base salary; based on Experience & Performance.

- Bonus pay based off of performance.
Salary: $65,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
